SALES AND MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE
Promote Compass Green’s healthcare services and build strong relationships with potential clients.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Present and market our services to both current and prospective clients.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and prospective clients to meet their needs.
- Prioritise local area marketing.
- Establish, develop and nurture mutually beneficial business and customer relationships.
- Offer valuable insights on consumer needs, challenges, interests, and opportunities for new services.
- Maintain best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve marketing and sales activities based on feedback.

- Excellent interpersonal, selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Openness to feedback, as well as sound relationship management skills.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
Position requirements:
- Marketing degree from a recognised institution.
- 1 – 2 years experience as a Sales Representative in a competitive environment. Hospital marketing experience is an added advantage.
- Class B driver’s licence.
